Area Sales Manager - Ghaziabad (Electrical Fans & Appliances)

Job Location:

Ghaziabad western Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand dealer & distributor network across Western UP.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for fans, electricals, and allied products.

Appoint new distributors and strengthen secondary sales channels.

Handle retailer visits, market coverage, and demand generation activities.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Ensure timely collection and payment follow-up from distributors/dealers.

Conduct promotional activities, electrician meets, and market activation programs.

Coordinate with HO regarding sales planning, stock availability, and market requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical / Fan Industry.

Strong market knowledge of western Uttar Pradesh territory.

Existing dealer/distributor network preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle sales targets independently.

Must be willing to travel extensively.
