Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Amazon Fulfillment Center Operative to join our team. As part of Amazons fulfillment operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high levels of accuracy and productivity while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain various warehouse equipment, including conveyors, sortation systems, and scanners.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in an efficient manner while ensuring product quality.
• Perform inventory control and stock management to ensure availability of goods for order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and productivity goals.
• Work closely with warehouse managers and other team members to identify process improvements and implement changes.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues related to damaged or defective items.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and ensure the warehouse environment is organized and clean.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated with new systems and procedures.
• Help streamline warehouse processes and operations to increase overall efficiency and reduce errors.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or similar roles is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using warehouse management software and scanners.
• Basic physical fitness required for manual tasks such as lifting and moving items.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in warehouse operations, retail, or logistics (preferred but not required).
• Experience working with fulfillment systems or managing inventory control is a plus.
• Prior exposure to safety protocols in a warehouse environment is an advantage.
• Working Hours:
• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Flexible shift options, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Weekend and holiday work may be required based on operational needs.

• Knowledge of warehouse safety and operational processes.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
