AI DATA ASSOCIATE INTERN (MANAGEMENT,HR AND QA)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR, QA & Team Management Intern to support the AI Data Operations team. The role involves coordinating with AI Data Associates, monitoring quality, managing daily team operations, and assisting with recruitment and team management activities.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate or final-year student from any discipline. Proficiency in English and Telugu Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of AI Data Associates. Monitor team productivity and ensure tasks are completed on time. Perform quality checks and review the work submitted by AI Data Associates. Provide feedback and assist in resolving quality-related issues. Support hiring, onboarding, and attendance tracking for AI Data Associates. Coordinate with trainers and site managers to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain reports, team performance records, and operational documentation.
