Job Description
We are seeking a Permanent Part Time Enrolled Nurse in Aged Care to join our care teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of care services. Your strong clinical knowledge and ability to work effectively with others will enable you to contribute to our mission of creating sustainable caring communities through transformational leadership.

You will work closely with registered nurses and care staff to ensure that residents receive high-quality care. This includes assessing their needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve desired outcomes. You will also supervise small teams and provide guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma of Nursing and current first aid certification. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

As a nurse leader, you will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in aged care and to stay current with changes in relevant legislation and policies. You will also be required to participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
