Counsel prospective students regarding online UG, PG, Diploma and Certification programs. Understand students' educational background, career objectives and course requirements. Provide accurate information regarding universities, courses, eligibility criteria, fees, duration and admission process. Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and leads. Follow up regularly with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels. Convert qualified enquiries into successful admissions/enrollments. Assist students with application forms, documentation and admission formalities. Coordinate with admission, operations and university teams for smooth student onboarding.
