About the Company

About the Role
A great opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our Adelaide team as an Administrator. This role is pivotal within our current Admin team to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality interaction with our clients.
You will use your extensive administration/customer service experience, ideally obtained in the building services industry, to provide an efficient and high level of customer service delivery. You will work directly with field supervisors, technicians, clients and subcontractors to coordinate our client and business needs.
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:-
Developing and fostering close business relationships with all stakeholders
Acting as the conduit between field-based staff and external clients
Developing a sound knowledge and understanding of company processes to ensure clear and concise information is conveyed to clients
Receiving, raising and following-up on service calls
Preparing documentation, service docket pricing, purchase orders and reports
Maintaining accurate record management into the Sales/Pronto CRM system
Providing quotations and company standardised pricing, when required
Following up calls to clients to resolve outstanding issues
Previous experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business customers is a must. You will be technologically savvy, open to working with new systems/technology whilst demonstrating a history of meeting customer requirements in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Pronto (or other ERP’s)
