Novy Manufacturing has an opening for an Administrative/ Coordinating Assistant. This is a full-time position on days (Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm). We offer full benefits, competitive wages and a yearly bonus!
This role requires applicants to be in both the office and shop throughout the day. Safety shoes are required.
Qualifications:
Detail oriented individual with superior organizational skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
High level of attention to detail and accurate recording
Willingness to continuously learn and grow within the company
Positive attitude; reliable willing to help others
Team player, flexible and problem solver
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare and pack parts for deliveries
Record and track records in ERP software
Coordinate and collaborate with other staff to help complete the administrative requirements to get tasks completed
Organizing, scanning, filing, and other administrative duties when necessary.
Answers telephones and e-mail inquiries
Some light housekeeping
Local deliveries
