Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Admin team in Cambuslang.

Responsibilities

Perform general clerical duties, including filing, mailing, shredding, data entry, fee processing and document management.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Provide administrative support to all other departments such as tax and payroll.
Provide reception cover when required.
Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with general office procedures and practices.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to manage own workload and diary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
