Job Description
Your new role
As an Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Manual Calculations Statements (MCS) team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers throughout their journey with CSC.
This role requires strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. Your responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day processes such as data entry, handling customer communications, assisting with application processing and providing accurate information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to member and stakeholder enquiries via phone and written correspondence
Monitor team inboxes and manage workflow to meet service standards
Assist with reporting requirements by maintaining dashboards, compiling statistics and drafting reports.
Assist with manual payments and data quality checks (entry, cleansing, processing)
Maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes and audit reviews
Draft procedures, templates and process documentation
Collaborate with IT on system testing, bulk updates and process automation
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and updating procedures
Please note: we are open to consider applications from across Australia with an established home office.
What you need to excel
Unrestricted full-time working rights for the entire duration of the contract
Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Well-developed analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using MS Word, Outlook, Excel with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
