We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to oversee all administrative functions in a jewelry manufacturing setup. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing facility maintenance, handling statutory compliances, and coordinating with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Office Administration:
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office and factory premises.
Manage procurement and inventory of office and factory supplies.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and security.
Coordinate with vendors, utility service providers, and AMC contracts.
2. HR Payroll Support:
Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding processes for security and housekeeping staff.
Maintain attendance records of security and housekeeping staff and coordinate with HR for payroll processing.
Ensure labor law compliances including ESI, PF, and factory act.
Handle grievances and support employee welfare activities.
3. Licensing Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local government regulations and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and legal representatives when necessary.
4. Logistics Dispatch Coordination:
Oversee inward/outward movement of raw materials and finished goods.
Liaise with transport vendors and couriers.
Maintain records of gate passes, delivery challans, and dispatch schedules.
5. Team Management:
Supervise junior administrative staff, office boys, housekeeping, and security.
Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure discipline.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.
5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or jewelry industry.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP software.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and factory administration.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling factory administration in SEZ/RIICO areas.
Familiarity with jewelry production processes and inventory control.
