Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; handle procurement and vendor coordination.
Documentation Record Management:
Maintain and organize physical and digital files for easy accessibility.
Prepare, update, and manage reports, presentations, and databases.
Coordination Communication:
Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Facilities Management:
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the office premises.
Coordinate with facility service providers for repairs and upkeep.
Support to Senior Management:
Assist senior management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting organization.
Provide administrative support for company events and meetings.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure office practices align with company policies and regulations.
Assist in HR and compliance documentation as required.
