Job Posting: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Main Street, Vancouver, BC
Company: Window Coverings Showroom

We are a boutique window coverings showroom located on vibrant Main Street in Vancouver, BC, seeking a mature and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist showroom clients in a friendly and professional manner
Handle phone and email inquiries, schedule appointments
Maintain organized records and assist with order tracking
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
Keep the showroom tidy and presentation-ready
Perform light bookkeeping or data entry tasks as needed
Create estimates, Invoices and enter the payment.
Should be able to perform relevant tasks based on the company requirement
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Word, Excel, email)
Professional, mature demeanor with a warm and friendly personality
Experience in retail or design environments is an asset
