Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive(Logistic)
• Location: Andheri, Mumbai
• Salary: 25,000- 40,000 INR
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Logistic Department experience is required.
• Benefits: Incentives, PF, Gratuity
Working Days: Monday to Saturday(2nd Saturday off rest half day)
• Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Transactions: Process and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and process invoices for logistics services provided to clients and from suppliers.
• Reconciliation:Perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of financial records.
• Tax Compliance:Assist with the preparation of tax-related documents and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
• Cost Tracking: Track operational expenses related to logistics services and ensure all costs are accurately recorded.
• Vendor Management: Manage and verify payments to suppliers, ensuring timely settlement and resolution of discrepancies.
• Documentation:Maintain organized financial records and ensure all invoices, receipts, and transactions are properly documented.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., logistics, operations) to resolve any billing, payment, or financial issues.
• Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
