Job Description
Position Description: People Manager
Essential Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / Semi Qualified CMA / CA
Experience: 10 to 15 years of overall experience in Finance and Accounting out of which at least 5 to 7 years must be at a Team Lead managing more than 10 people
Work Schedule: Day shift + flexible for Sunday working / WFO
Functional Experience:
• AR / AP / GL - Must have end to end experience in all or at least two
• Core accounting experience / handling middle east accounts preferred (KSA / UAE / BAH)
Technical Qualifications / Experience:
• Technical know-how in MS Office Suite / Work experience in SAP ERP is essential
• Experience handling workflow tool preferred
• Experience handling Quality / automation / visualization tool preferred
