Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare Financial statements for all business entities including SMSF's using MYOB ledger or Xero
Prepare Income tax returns for all entities including individuals and SMSF's using MYOB AO Tax
Prepare monthly / quarterly IAS/BAS & STP reporting
Prepare Excel Spread sheets when Necessary
Direct Liaising with ATO and via Agents Portal
Direct Liaising with clients after initial period
Minimal Admin duties
PREREQUISITES
Bach of Bus (accounting) or equivalent
CPA or ICA preferred but not Mandatory
Experience in MYOB software Preferred
Experience in SMSF's would be a big advantage
Good communication and writing skills essential
A good sense of humour
Ability to work on your own if necessary
Work from office location, some remote work possible at a later date
POSITION
The position will be for an average of 30-40 hours PW
This could vary slightly up or down with seasonal factors
REMUNERATION
Fully Negotiable Contractor basis preferred
