Job description
Job Title: Hindi Academic Trainer
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hindi Academic Trainer to support teachers and academic teams in effectively implementing the Hindi curriculum. The role involves conducting training sessions, developing academic resources, and providing ongoing academic support to schools and educators. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Hindi language, including grammar, pedagogy, and curriculum design, particularly for school-level education.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct teacher training sessions and workshops to enhance the effective delivery of Hindi language instruction.
• Organize workshops focused on grammar, literature, language skills, and activity-based learning approaches.
• Train teachers in lesson planning, assessment techniques, and teaching strategies aligned with NEP guidelines.
• Support teachers in improving classroom engagement and student learning outcomes.
• Design and develop lesson plans, worksheets, activities, assessments, and instructional materials that foster language proficiency, comprehension, and creative expression.
• Prepare question papers, answer keys, and teacher manuals.
• Ensure consistent and effective implementation of the Hindi curriculum across schools.
• Stay updated with current educational trends, NEP policies, and modern language teaching methodologies.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
• B.Ed. or M.Ed. (preferred).
• Strong expertise in Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and teacher training.
Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in academic training, teaching, or curriculum development.
• Prior experience in school education (preferably Grades K–10).
• Experience in EdTech, publishing, or academic support for schools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools, educational platforms, and publishing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi, along with working proficiency in English.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
