Position Title: Executive Assistant to the Director Aeromedical and Special Operations
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (6 months with possible extension)
Position Classification: Admin Officer Grade 1
Salary range: $84,335 per annum - $86,615 per annum + 12% super and benefits
Location: NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

About the Opportunity:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Director of Aeromedical Special Operations.
Coordinate daily operations and communication across the Director’s office and broader management team.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including State Headquarters, to ensure seamless organisational support.
Contribute to the efficient functioning of a fast-paced team delivering critical emergency health services.
Support a high-impact leadership role within one of Australia’s most vital health organisations.


About You:
We’re looking for someone who:

Thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, and enjoys being a supportive team member.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Brings strong administrative expertise and is highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Values collaboration, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality support in every task.
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrated minimum of 3 years EA experience.
Director level and above EA experience preferable.
