Qualifications you currently have:

· Completed CNA-accredited Skin Wellness Associate Nurse course

· Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing

· Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

· Two years of previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in a hospital or community setting

· Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset

· Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and vulnerable sector check upon hire

· Current CPR certification required
