Your role:

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven National Account Manager to lead growth in the Commercial Repaint Remedial market. You’ll build strong partnerships with national accounts, corporate clients, and asset owners managing large-scale commercial properties across sectors like healthcare, education, aged care, accommodation, industrial, and multi-residential.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor—blending sales, technical expertise, marketing, and business strategy to deliver tailored solutions. You’ll collaborate with our Dulux Trade Sales teams to convert project specifications into long-term success for our clients and our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute a national strategy across key industry sectors.
Build and nurture relationships with national accounts, offering strategic insights and support.
Partner with our Colour team to develop brand-specific colour solutions and secure national specifications.
Coordinate project delivery with Trade Sales and contractor networks via our CRM.
Add value through market intelligence, networking, and high-level account support

Degree qualified preferred
Proven success in business development and account management at a national or state level.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Confidence using CRM systems and business planning tools.
High IT literacy and the ability to thrive in a high-performance, collaborative team.
