We're seeking a Full Time Assistant Venue Manager to join our Windsor team! You'll bring proven leadership experience, a team first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences. You’ll be at the heart of the action from leading shifts, supporting your Venue Manager, and helping create a high performing team that drives success every day.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
Manage day to day inventory and stock control.
Ensure health safety standards are met and maintain venue cleanliness.
Hire, train, develop and motivate your team.
Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
Oversee venue PL management.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred!).
A strong communicator who builds high performing teams and values customer connection.
A driven professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast paced environment.
