What role will you play?

In this role you will be responsible for calendar management, expense and invoice processing, travel coordination (both domestic and international), Concur utilization, organizing team events, supporting onboarding, transfers, and leavers, organizing team equipment, and advise and train staff on systems and procedures. This role will also provide you with the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects with the Technology leadership team and Division Head.

Salary range for this position: $85,000-100,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years
Experience in complex travel and expense procedures
Experience with Coupa, Concur, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
Proactive and learning mindset
Strong attention to detail.
