Drone Technician

About Us:
Cloudtronics is specializing in innovative UAV solutions for industrial, agricultural, and research applications. We're looking for a skilled Drone Technician with hands-on flight and systems experience to join our dynamic team. This position is Part Time, upto 20 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain UAV systems with a strong focus on safety and compliance
Conduct drone missions using Mission Planner and other GCS software
Integrate and test obstacle avoidance systems, range finders, and telemetry
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on UAV platforms
Document flight data, maintenance logs, and technical reports
Collaborate with engineering and RD teams on field trials and prototype tests
Required Skills Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in drone operations or UAV maintenance
Valid RPAS (Remote Pilot Aircraft System) license
Proficiency in autonomous flight planning using Mission Planner
Hands-on experience with obstacle avoidance and range-finding sensors
Familiarity with multirotor or fixed-wing drone platforms
Excellent troubleshooting and system integration skills
Desirable:

Experience with ArduPilot or PX4 flight controllers
Knowledge of telemetry and sensor calibration
Ability to travel to field locations as needed
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
