Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management or a related field, preferably within a dealership or retail environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales processes.
A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets is essential for success in this role.
