We’re seeking a talented Videographer to bring our shapewear brand to life through dynamic, high-quality video content. From social media ads to polished campaign videos, you’ll capture and shape the visual story of a brand that champions body confidence, comfort, and everyday beauty.
Responsibilities
Plan, shoot and edit video content for various platforms: social media, website, ad campaigns, and product storytelling
Set up and operate video equipment (cameras, lights, backdrops, microphones, rigs, etc.) with precision and efficiency
Direct talent on set, ensuring comfort and confidence—especially in showcasing body-positive transformations
Edit content for various formats and ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) with platform-optimised pacing and hooks
Take direction from the Production Manager and collaborate with the creative team to ensure video content aligns with brand tone, visuals, and messaging
Stay ahead of videography and social trends to keep content engaging and fresh
Organise, back up, and maintain raw footage, gear, and asset libraries
The videographer will need to be able to drive and have their own car, as some shoots may happen on location.
Qualifications
2–4+ years experience in video production, preferably in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce
Proven ability to set up and operate professional videography equipment: DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilisers, lighting kits, audio equipment, etc.
Strong understanding of lighting setups for indoor and outdoor shoots (natural and artificial)
Experience shooting content optimised for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads)
Solid editing skills, including pacing, transitions, audio syncing, colour correction, and sound design
High level of organisation and attention to detail in both production and post-production
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
Respectful, inclusive mindset when working with models and subjects of all body types
