Job Title : Technician II, Process

Duties Responsibilities
• Knowledge on PLC, HMI, Drives, good understanding of electrical drawings.
• Basic knowledge for creating electrical BOM.
• Identification new opportunities and designing new automation equipment / processes within the manufacturing process.
• Programming, developing, and maintaining clear and accurate documentation of automation equipment / processes
• Troubleshooting automated equipment / processes when errors occur. Also Works in close co-ordination with works coordinators and Operations Supervisors to ensure Establishment of work priorities / schedules
• Modify or develop new processes / methods, tools, fixtures, or equipment for repeatable, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing.
• Support new product introduction on manufacturing lines.
• Knowledge on PLC, HMI, Drives, understanding of electrical drawings.
• Basic knowledge for creating electrical BOM.

Related Education Experience

Bachelor’s in related curriculum such as Electronics and Communications

Skills Required

Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, interpersonal skills.

Skill – Ability to effectively interact with personnel of various levels and disciplines. Ability to regularly contact, influence and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issue.

Experience – 3 to 5 years of work experience in a medium volume /mix electro-mechanical manufacturing or production environment with an emphasis on manufacturing processes Read more
