Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative POSM Designer (3D) with 5 years of experience in developing high-impact, 3-dimensional retail marketing assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of materials, structure, and branding, with the ability to bring retail concepts to life across physical formats such as display units, standees, window installations, and other in-store promotional setups.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop 3D POSM materials such as display units, kiosks, stands, and visual merchandising elements.
Create detailed 3D models and renders using relevant software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D).
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and retail teams to translate campaign briefs into physical concepts.
Work closely with vendors and production teams to ensure feasibility, costing, and execution quality.
Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Research trends and materials to bring innovative solutions to the design process.
Present concepts and prototypes to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in 3D design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of structural design, materials, and fabrication techniques.
Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Attention to detail with an eye for retail aesthetics and shopper behavior.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
