Oxford is a hub for innovation in video technology systems, with partnerships across over 100 centres worldwide. As the sole designer, you will take ownership of all visual and marketing content, combining design, video production, and web development.
About the Role
This hybrid position is based near Oxford, offering flexibility and occasional travel. You will report directly to the leadership team and be responsible for creating impactful visual assets for digital and print, including marketing campaigns, brochures, and social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design: Lead the creation of visual assets for digital and print, ensuring brand identity and consistency.
• Web Design: Maintain and enhance the company's WordPress website, ensuring functionality and alignment with brand identity.
• Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver strategic campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
About You
To excel in this role, you'll need to bring creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Essential Skills Experience:
• Proven experience in graphic design, ideally as a sole or lead designer.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Familiarity with WordPress and web design principles.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
