Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Directly responsible for resolution of NPA Accounts allocated for zone.
- Manage litigations like SARFAESI, DRT, High court & IBC matters.
- Act as an Authorized office and Power of Attorney holder and represent the company in various courts
- Negotiating and finalizing resolution deals with the borrowers.
- Personal Interaction & visits to the borrowers, courts, police stations, lawyers etc
- To draft resolution proposals & present the same to various committees for approvals
- Creating an effective collection network comprising of external enforcement agencies, lawyers, property brokers, investors etc across Karnataka.
- Updation of legal & Operations system on a regular basis for the accounts allocated for zone.
- Undertaking such other duties / responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate preferably with LLB, BAL LLB
- 10 - 12 years relevant experience
- Valuable understanding of SME loans such as Term loan, working capital / cash credit, bank guarantees , letter of credit etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Financial statement analysis
- Should be able to interact with senior level management within and outside the organisation.
- Capability to analyse and justify financial statements.
