Generalised Responsibilities - depending on job role
Assist with the preparation and review of conveyancing documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and title deeds.
Coordinate with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence related to conveyancing files.
Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely progression of property transfers.
Utilise IT systems to update case progress, generate reports, and manage document storage securely.
Provide clear communication to clients regarding process updates and required actions.
Support senior conveyancers in administrative tasks to streamline workflow.

Experience
Essential - Prior experience in legal administration or conveyancing, any additional training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for liaising with clients and professionals.
Proficiency in IT applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
Good time management skills to prioritise workload effectively.
