Description

In this role, you will: - Execute the program at scale through standardisations of programmatic elements and the identification and implementation of operational efficiencies. - Partner with internal partners to achieve goals, including strong program and project management of complex issues. - Handle and communicate progress against deliverables as needed for successful on-time program completion. - Document program strategy and objectives. - Develop and maintain a detailed plan to monitor and track all program elements. - Bring ‘outside the box’ thinking to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. - Provide top-level, actionable insight into the performance of the program throughout its lifecycle. - Provide project management, ensuring all Manager Enablement Program initiatives, events and workshops are delivered on time and to the highest quality. - Build and maintain the program website - Development of participant-facing program materials in collaboration with program manager. - Support with the analysis of data and communication of survey insights in collaboration with program manager. - Support the execution of face-to-face and virtual events and workshops.

Minimum Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex problems.
Ability to work effectively with internal partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leading projects and program management.
Experience in data analysis and the communication of insights through reporting and presentations.
Experience in utilizing CMS, and HTML for building and maintaining websites.
