You will implement and manage Workday Recruiting solutions across client engagements.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday Recruiting.
• Align recruiting solutions with specific client business requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide strategic consultation on the recruiting ecosystem.
Required Skills
• 3+ years of experience in a consulting role.
• Expertise in Workday Recruiting.
• Experience with Workday HCM.
• Proven ability in full implementation cycles.
• Demonstrated experience in Vendor Management.
• Strong understanding of the Recruiting Ecosystem (technical and strategic).
