Duties
• Assist in food preparation and meal assembly to meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Serve food to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring prompt and friendly service
• Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene and safety standards in all tasks
• Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations by adhering to sanitation protocols and temperature controls
• Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs
Experience
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued highly
• Familiarity with food handling practices, including safety procedures and sanitation standards
• Experience in meal preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is a plus
• Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive interactions
• Knowledge of the food industry standards related to hygiene, safety, and quality assurance
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
