Job Description
Workday Knowledge: Experience working with Workday is required, including foundation data structures and EIB. Workday certifications are a plus.
Data Migration Experience: Proven experience in data migration projects involving HR data and Workday.
Data Analysis Skills: Solid data analysis skills, including data profiling, cleansing, and transformation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g. SQL, Excel) and data migration processes.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Global mindset and understanding of different cultural contexts.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
