Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Workday Adaptive Planning project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and training for teams involved in the implementation
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
Required Experience & Skills
• Must have proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with Workday Adaptive Planning
• Required expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks
• Mandatory skills in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Necessary proficiency in data analysis and business reporting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles
Dealbreakers (Non-Negotiable Requirements)
• Legal work eligibility in Canada
• Project management certification (such as PMP or equivalent)
• Required experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning solutions
• Essential capability in leading remote teams and managing stakeholders
Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with other Workday modules
• Familiarity with Agile project management techniques
• Previous work within a consulting environment
