About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and map relevant candidates across companies, sectors, and functions
2. Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other research tools
3. Reach out to candidates and conduct initial screening conversations
4. Gather key candidate details including experience, role, location, compensation, notice period, and interest level
5. Prepare candidate lists, snapshots, longlists, and recruitment trackers for active mandates
6. Coordinate candidate calls, interviews, and meetings with internal stakeholders
7. Maintain accurate candidate data and regularly update recruitment trackers
8. Support market intelligence and company mapping for talent research
9. Assist in end-to-end recruitment research workstreams under guidance

• 6. Proactive, organized, and willing to learn quickly
• 7. Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced team environment
• 8. Prior experience in HR, recruitment, research, sales, or coordination (preferred)
