Key Responsibilities

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• * Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition in the IT domain.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• * Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Experience
• * No prior work experience required; however, experience in a recruitment or HR internship will be advantageous.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible working hours with an expected commitment of 20-30 hours per week.
