Utilize telemarketing techniques to follow up with prospects and nurture leads generated during door-to-door outreach
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, and community engagement
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales, especially in technology or service sectors
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for reaching diverse communities
Familiarity with inside sales techniques, telemarketing, and customer service best practices
Knowledge of marketing principles and experience leveraging social media or digital tools for outreach
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems
Technical sales experience is advantageous, particularly related to service industries or technology solutions
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
