You will be the voice behind our Meta and Google ad creatives, writing, testing, and iterating copy that drives workshop sign-ups and session bookings. Alongside this, you will own our email marketing and act as the copy lead coordinating with our social media agency to ensure everything published stays true to SoulSensei's voice. This is a role for someone who thinks in hooks and conversions, not just words, in English, Hindi, and Hinglish.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end performance ad copy for Meta and Google campaigns, hooks, primary text, headlines, and CTAs, across multiple workshop and session launches each month.Write and adapt copy fluently across English, Hindi, and Hinglish, crafting ad creatives, WhatsApp messages and emailers that feel native in each, not translated.Write copy variations built for testing: distinct emotional angles, audience segments (cold vs. retargeting), and formats, with the discipline to avoid creative overlap across live campaigns.Work closely with performance marketing on campaign data, reading what's converting, killing what isn't, and
