Maintaining accurate records and reports related to scheduling and staffing.
Currently working Experience with Workforce Management software scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting Hiring for WFM Scheduler for BPO Company.
BPO exp is mandatory.
1yr experience as a WFM Scheduler is mandatory.
Creating and managing employee schedules, forecasting staffing requirements, and monitoring and analyzing real-time data.
