Job Description
Regalix is hiring enthusiastic candidates for their Bangalore Office for the role of International Voice Sales Executive. They welcome new graduates entering the workforce and experienced professionals who want to work with an international client base.
In this job, you will be communicating with customers in the overseas markets and taking them through Regalix’s offerings. Comfort with talking on the phone and the flexibility to work evenings based on US or UK business hours is important.
Responsibility:
Regalix is open to applications from new graduates with good communication skills. Experience in BPO, telecalling, customer support, or sales will be a big plus point for the evaluation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Voice-to-voice conversation with international customers.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities, including lead follow-up.
• Understand the needs of customers and recommend the right solutions.
• Meeting monthly set targets
• Maintaining professional client relationships.
