We are URGENTLY hiring for WFM Analyst for International BPO

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidates must be Graduates

• Candidates must have at least in 3 years of overall experience the International BPO

• Candidates must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience as a WFM Analyst or WFM Executive or Planning Analyst or Scheduling Analyst or Business Process Management Initiative Analyst BPMI

• Candidates must have exposure to and knowledge of Fact Finding, Analysis, MIS, Forecasting, Strategic Development, Tactical Planning Skills

• Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Candidates must have all the documents related to Identification, Education and Previous Work Experience

JOB DETAILS :

• Work with clients and operations team to develop and implement strategies to help improve the efficiency of the staff

• Monitor and analyze the various volume patterns, intra and inter day activities to improve productivity

• Develop various forecasting models that consider promotional tactics and activities, historical trends, new product launches and concurrently safeguard handling capacity

• Seek, analyze, report, evaluate and Improve the forecasting, planning, scheduling and budgeting process

• Proactively the monitor associate behaviors, efficiency and availability and report deficiencies to the operational team

• Location : Pune

• Salary up to 8 LPA

• 24 / 7 shift
