• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails
• Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction with professional communication
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Follow company processes and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
