We seek representatives who can build enduring relationships with clients, connecting with them in the comfort of their homes or through the convenience of Zoom Virtual Calls.
Position Overview:
As a Benefits Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding members through the process of understanding and enrolling in benefits they otherwise wouldn't have access to. Your role involves building relationships, educating members, and ensuring they receive the benefits that best meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate and advise union members and veterans on the benefits available to them
• Guide members through the enrollment process and help them make informed decisions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available benefits and any changes in offerings
• Develop strong relationships with members to understand their specific needs and concerns
• Provide ongoing support to members to ensure they fully understand and utilize their benefits
• Collaborate with the benefits team to streamline processes and improve member experiences
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to explain complex benefits in a clear and concise manner
• Previous experience in benefits advising, customer service, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• High- School Diploma or GED
