About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and reschedule online appointments for doctors and ensure consultation slots are fully blocked
2. Supervise and provide guidance to Junior staffs on patient coordination (involving call assistance)
3. Act as the first point of contact on patient queries, complaints, or any scheduling conflicts and provides immediate resolution
4. Coordinates with doctors and clinical teams to align consultation timings, availability, and any last-minute changes
5. Monitors patient records and consultation data
6. Tracks daily, weekly, and monthly consultation volumes, and prepares summary reports
7. Ensures timely and courteous communication with patients
8. Handles IVR calls and its associated tasks
9. Provides online support to both doctors and patients
