We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Co-Ordinator who is passionate. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work place.
Candidate should possess a stable working track record, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be highly knowledgeable in the broad spectrum of customer handling .
Requirement:
• 6 Months -4 years of relevant experience
• can handle Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls and Chat Support
• who is willing to work +am-7pm window and can work actively to resolve customer queries and inquiry at highest customer satisfaction level.
• Attention to detail and quality to ensure accuracy of work
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate should have on same profile earlier.
• 6 days working .
• Freshers also welcome with Good communication skills.
