Job Description
• Design and Implementation: Oversee the design and implementation of automated welding systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and precision.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of various welding processes such as MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), and Flux-Cored (FCAW), including their respective applications, advantages, and limitations.
• Develop and implement welding techniques and procedures for compliance with industry standards
• Conduct inspections and tests on welding equipment and processes
• Analyze and solve welding-related problems in manufacturing and construction
• Coordinate with other engineering teams to ensure welding requirements are met
• Train and supervise welding personnel to ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance of welding projects
• Monitor welding processes to identify areas for improvement
