There will be availability and opportunity to cover shifts the candidate wishes to fill over the weekend with additional opportunities to attend our events on Saturdays to earn an event bonus

Additional opportunities exist to attend our Sales Events and earn event bonuses

Answer incoming calls and distribute them to sales reps
Monitor incoming Facebook messages on our page and reply with provided prompts
Check our online database and distribute any new incoming leads throughout the day
Fulfill other small duties around the office when necessary

Southeast Land & Lakes is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to fill an open position at our newest office as a Part Time Weekend Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. We are a Wholesale Land Development company that began in Florida and has grown extensively over the past 8 years. We are looking to fill this as a long-term position in hopes that the individual taking on this role will grow alongside us.
The job consists of the following responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and distribute them to sales reps.
• Monitor incoming Facebook messages on our page and reply with provided prompts.
• Check our online database and distribute any new incoming leads throughout the day.
• Fulfill other small duties around the office when necessary.

We have 3 available shifts (multiple can be claimed by the same individual):
• 4 PM to 8 PM on weekdays
• 8 AM to 2 PM on weekends
• 2 PM to 8 PM on weekends
