Induse Maroc Engineering AU is seeking a professional and responsive Web Chat Assistant to support customer communication through our online platforms. This role focuses on managing live chat interactions, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for website visitors and clients.
The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations in a structured and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via live web chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and general enquiries
Assist clients with basic support requests and direct complex issues to the appropriate department
Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining response quality and accuracy
Record and document customer interactions within internal systems
Follow standard response guidelines and communication procedures
Monitor chat activity and ensure consistent service levels
Escalate urgent or sensitive matters to supervisors when required
Support general administrative tasks related to customer communication
Required Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in customer service, online support, or administrative roles preferred
Excellent written English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate information
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based systems or CRM platforms
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Professional, calm, and service-focused communication style
Ability to work independently and follow structured procedures
