What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience in performance marketing driving growth at scale

✅ Strong expertise across Meta Ads and Google Ads

✅ Deep understanding of app growth, attribution, performance analytics, and scaling mechanics

✅ Proven ability to build high-converting creative strategies, messaging, and narratives

✅ Strong understanding of Bharat consumer behaviour, especially Tier 2 & Tier 3 audiences

✅ Strong problem-solving ability with a first-principles thinking approach

✅ High ownership mindset with a bias for execution

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
Bonus If You Have Experience With
• AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
• Scaling app install campaigns
• Large monthly ad budgets
• Consumer internet or EdTech businesses
