Job Description: Graphic Designer for Media Creation

Key Responsibilities:
• Create visually stunning graphics for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.).
• Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
• Work with the media team to produce video graphics, motion graphics, and animations.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Develop and maintain the visual identity across all media channels.
• Edit and enhance images to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging media formats.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different media platforms (responsive design).
• Present design concepts and work closely with stakeholders for feedback and revisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in digital media creation.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including web, social media, and print.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design.
• Experience with 3D modeling or animation tools.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
• Video editing and sound design skills.
